1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Vaaprex, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Scope

Vaaprex provides analytics, reconciliation support, and reporting tools for marketplace sellers. The platform supports firm-wise data operations and subscription-based feature access.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful account and business information.
  • Upload only data you are authorized to process.
  • Maintain password security and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and marketplace rules.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Plan pricing, limits, and features are listed on the pricing page.
  • Trial access starts only after successful signup under selected plan flow.
  • Paid plans may renew according to selected billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Failure of payment may suspend premium access until dues are cleared.

5. Data and Calculations

Analytics and profit outputs are based on uploaded files, configured SKU costs, and platform-specific logic. Users are responsible for reviewing uploaded data quality and reconciliation outcomes before business decisions.

6. Availability and Updates

We aim for reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve, or modify features as part of normal product evolution.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or reverse engineering.
  • Uploading malicious files, scripts, or misleading data.
  • Using Vaaprex for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious policy violations, payment abuse, security threats, or legal non-compliance. You may also request account closure subject to data and billing obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vaaprex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vaaprex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use, third-party platform changes, or user data input errors.
